NOTE: To prepare for Kindergarten, OLV strongly recommends
parents enroll their 4-year old child in the 4-year
old program for 5 full days.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - Please contact the Main
Office to register at OLV and to enroll for TMS
(Tuition Management Services)
which all families will use to pay tuition for 2010-2011.
After completing the TMS enrollment, interested families may obtain a PSAS
(Private School Aid Service) form to apply for financial assistance.
The first due date for the PSAS forms to be submitted directly to PSAS is June
1. The second due date is October 1. Families need only
to apply once annually. Please also visit our

Registration Fee =
$100 per family (unchanged since 2006).
Book/Materials/Technology Fee = $200 per child for all grades
(unchanged since 2006).
Fee may be included within the total amount due,
or these fees are due separately no later than June 1.
Mandatory Service Hours = 15 hours per family (unchanged since 2006).
The Mandatory Raffle has been ELIMINATED for 2010-11.
The tuition rates OLV charges are approximately 75% of the per
child educational cost.
