Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in our
School Chapel is available every First Friday of the month.
An All School Mass is celebrated weekly, with
all students in attendance, PreK-4 through 8. During the school year, the All School Mass
will be held every Wednesday at 8:15 a.m.
Altar Servers Serving
during the sacrifice of the Mass is an activity eligible to both
males and females at OLV.
Camp WOW is a 4-day and 3-night summer camp for
middle school students (grades 6, 7, and 8), sponsored locally by
OLV and several other parishes. The moat recent event was held
Tuesday, June 29, through Friday, July 2, 2010, at Dickson Valley Camp in
Newark, Illinois. The $225 fee provided for housing and food,
as well as swimming, canoeing, archery, Bible study, campfire,
indoor gym, climbing wall, hiking, prayer, sports, music, worship,
skits, crafts, camaraderie, and memories to last a lifetime.
The Children's Choir rehearses and performs every Wednesday morning at
the 8:15 a.m. All School Mass.
"Here I Am, Lord!" is the title of a
Vocations Conference, organized regularly by Mike Zak,
a Parish Director of Youth Ministry. On March 5, 2010,
the Junior High students of the OLV Junior High participated in the "Here I Am, Lord!" National
Vocations Conference held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in St.
Charles, Illinois. The next trip for our Junior High students will
be on March 4, 2011. For more information, please go to

Mass Krew VI The seventh
school year of weekly Tuesday Mass at 6:30 a.m. held in the School
Chapel of Hope will begin during the fall of 2010. Each week a group
of devoted Junior High students, parents, and OLV parishioners
celebrate early morning Mass with the pastor, and then enjoy food
and fellowship in the School Hall before the school day begins.
Rocked by God is an annual and special two-day
overnight retreat, managed locally by OLV parents, and organized by
Mike Zak, the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Patrick's Church in
St. Charles. Rocked by God has been held annually at OLV since
the year 2000. Sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students from
OLV and other elementary schools unite for a fun-filled weekend of
praise and activities, with former OLV students who are now of high
school and college age serving as small group leaders.
The most recent Rocked by God event at OLV was held on March 26-27, 2010. The next Rocked by God event at OLV will be
April 15-16, 2011.
Rosary with the OLV community is available daily in the Upper Church
following the 7:30 a.m. Mass.
Our OLV School Chapel of Hope was designed and
constructed by our proud parents and students within a former
classroom on the third floor of our school. It is a calm space
for meditation and prayer any time.
Stations of the Cross are held every
Friday during Lent at the church at 2:15 p.m. Parents and parishioners are welcome
to attend the service, led by one of our parish priests.
Totus Tuus returned to OLV this past summer July
12-16, 2010. For more information about future events, just click on

The Vocations Museum is a
special room within the school, dedicated as a Vocations
Museum to the Priests, Brothers, and Sisters from Our Lady of
Victory Parish, who have responded to the call to serve the Lord
through the religious life.
