The Altar Server, or Acolyte ministry is integral to our worship. Membership is open to children in Grades 5 thru 8.

Baptismal Preparation |
| Parents who are planning to have their babies baptized, should contact the Rectory at (773) 286-2950 to set a date. Baptism are the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month at 2:00 pm. Parents will attend a Baptism Preparation Program prior to the Baptism. |

The Cantor Ministry is a specialized leadership role in music. Special training and ability is required.

Children's Choir |
The OLV Children's Choir is open to all youth, grades 2-8, involved in our Parish. Children receive vocal, musical and Catholic Identity Training.

Children's Liturgy of the Word |
Children's Liturgy of the Word offered October through June at the 9am Mass on Sundays. During this special time all children of the parish grades 1-6 are invited to listen to the Word of God and share their reflections on the Scripture and the presence of God in their lives.

Contemporary Ensemble |
Contemporary Ensemble is a festive group of music ministers serving our parish needs through more modern song. The Ensemble enhances liturgies at 9 a.m. Mass on Sundays and Holy Days. Membership is open to all after a consultation with an approval of the director.

Liturgy Board |
Liturgy Board is comprised of a representative from each liturgical ministry. This group meets once a month to discuss liturgical matters, working to promote the best liturgical experiences for Our Lady of Victory.

Liturgy Planning Team |
Liturgy Planning Team meets once a month to plan the different liturgical seasons. The planning encompasses a seasonal focus, art and environment, and music.

Parish Choir |

Stewardship Team |
Stewardship Team is comprised of members of the parish and the pastor. Purpose is, 1) to study and reflect on the theology of stewardship as written about in the National Conference of Catholic Bishops pastoral letter on stewardship. 2) to find ways to educate our parishioners about this theology and 3) to find ways to promote the spirituality inherent in this theology in the personal and parish lives of our people.

Ushers |
The main function of an Usher is to act as a minister of hospitality. The Ushers are among the most highly visible ministries at our parish because they attend the same Mass week after week, and have the opportunity to get to know those who regularly attend the Mass.
