| Welcome to our online monthly Parish Directory. In our newly developed Web site you'll see this listing of OLV organizations on a monthly basis. Certainly it's nice to know who's doing what in our busy parish. But the real reason these web pages will appear each month is to remind us all of the opportunities available to all of us. Look over the list and get involved. Call the group leaders for more information about what interests you. Church is about more than Sunday. It's about the other six days too. Parish Pastoral Council |
| The purpose of the Parish Pastoral Council shall be to engage the people and the paster prayerfully in common reflection about the parish's mission and the ministry, to plan, and to evaluate in light of the Gospel and church teaching. It shall be responsible for pastoral planning, including periodic reevaluation of the parish mission statement, ongoing needs assessments, defining parish goals, setting broad strategies for implementing those goals, and evaluating the parish's success in carrying out the Church's mission. In addition, it shall be composed of members of the parish pastoral staff and members of the parish and shall be presided over by the pastor. |
